#78 - Red laundry

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Today I called for the agency that sells the building of the post #75 and #76 in order to know the year of construction. The man didn't wanted to say, just told me that is was a very old and need work. The price is that was a surprise: 150,000 €! I couldnt belive it!

I love this photo! You always take pictures of the things I like!! Why?

Is the price high, low, or average?

This is an interesting post. I liked the way you described the building.

Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting about me wearing the blonde wig.

Lovely balconies, the pictures of your city always remind me the movie 'Lisbon Story' by Wim Wenders with the beautiful soundtrack of Madredeus. Greetings from MC.

LET'S BUY IT AND SELL IT FOR TRIPLE THE PRICE AND THEN DIVIDE!!!

OR LET'S BUY IT AND GO LIVE IN THERE!!! (I spend almost 4 hours from Cascais to Lisbon and back)

Lawstude: Normally this only happens in the old quarters of the city, it is typical, but should be a practical question.

Carraol: I do not know that movie but I know the madredeus which is also the name of another neighborhood of the city that I do not know but I will explore for this blog :)

sailor girl: I do not envy you, I've moved to Lisbon a few years ago and I am not sorry, but I want to change again when I retire!!

Tarantino: sei que não és quim, é s+o pra me meter contigo! quanto ao prédio, mesmo que tivesse interessada não tenho xeta!
quanto aos trapitos...nunca se sabe o que posso por aí encontrar...LOL

oldmanlincoln, Sonia and Jilly: Much appreciated your comments, I love the old quarters but not always have time to move there. But when I can ...

Nice photo. Nice balconies.
A common sight in Mumbai. But it doesn't look as neat, and sometimes very shabby too.

That building needs lot of renovation....must be ok for the price but the renovation will cost more! Did you used to publish bigger photos as this? I like the bigger ones!

gizelle: I think it pays to the renovation because a T1 here costs that, and it is at the heart of the city.
I got way of putting larger pictures in the blog, I also like it more :)

Destitute Rebel: the men at the phone was a very stupid one!
